The dictionary defines homeostasis as; The ability of an organism to maintain a constant internal environment (i.e., body temperature, fluid content, etc.) through regulatory mechanisms that compensate for a changing external environment.

In other words, perfect balance. We have chosen to translate it as…’The Divine in Me acknowledges and recognizes the Divine in You.’ Emoting the energy of Oneness, while knowing Oneness, isn’t sameness. Namaste` is generally expressed while Hands are in Prayer pose or Prayer Mudra and is a sacred hand gesture in most cultures. The prayer Mudra is called Anjali Mudra (ahn-jah-lee moo-dra). The word Mudra is Sanskrit for sign or seal. The word Anjali is Sanskrit for offering.
