Greetings from inner Space! …Welcome to my inaugural blog for our new site!

If you’ve been to our site before you may have noticed many changes going on over the years (we originally launched in 2003).

We all know that change is a constant state of being here on earth and I have come to the conclusion that inSacredSpace.com will forever be a work in progress and in constant flow. Thank you for returning again and I hope that you enjoy what we have to offer and continue to return for inspiration and participation.

If this is your first visit to inSacredSpace.com I personally welcome you and sincerely invite everyone to add to the energy here by sharing perspectives and concepts for being the change we want to see in our world as our beloved Ghandiji encouraged us to do by being the change that we’d like to experience…on the inside & out.

inSacredSpace.com  is a devoted to being a creative thought forum for exchanging dialog, offering services that serve and products that support what peace can look like on the inside so we can reflect it on the outside. Peace is completely an inside job…if you want to see peace on our planet then it’s time to personally re-discover the tools & techniques that will connect you to your peace within. I know we have all heard this stuff before, but the truth is, that it really is, that simple. I didn’t say easy…I said simple. Everyone can learn how to tap in if they choose to.

The discipline can be the difficult part, but true freedom is achieved thru discipline (Universal law). Commit to consistency first and absolutely decide to devote 5 minutes a day to go within, to consciously breathe, slow down and intentionally connect to the feelings of freedom found within the space between your in breath and your out breath. This connection has so much scientific evidence available now, it will “blow your mind”! This new science helps us develop our greatest tool…our belief system! I’ll be sharing much of this info in classes, private sessions and thru plenty of support material & articles here on inSacredSpace.com.

I am passionate about providing a way to clearly communicate the “evidence” and offer opportunities for expansion, growth and to help people to re-establish beliefs about what is true and what is not true- for them. I’m not talking about my truth…that’s for me…

I’m talking about sharing information and education that enables each person to decide for themselves. Creating your very own daily personal practice for whatever needs you may have may just be the best decision you ever make in your life. The latest findings in neuro-science and brain plasticity shatter the “earth is flat” consciousness. This new science marries nicely with any path that leads us to Peace….label IT as you choose. This science reveals that you don’t even need to have a religious or spiritual belief to benefit from many meditation and meditative practices.

The results are amazing, brain scan after brain scan reveals new positive growth of dendrites (linked to cognitive function) and lasting change can really happen when people meditate consistently for 12 minutes a day over a 2 month period. Meditation changes lives!!! No doubt about it…meditation is being in…inSacredSpace. Another way to put it is that being inSacredSpace is being plugged into a space of peace. It’s the Sacred Space within where our Collective Source, our Divine Creator of Love & Light resides. Place any label on IT that serves you. I honor it and encourage the inner way. For me, I can’t help but be in Awe and ponder…how do you name The Indescribable???
